KJ6MS is Mark Nodine, an amateur radio operator from West Covina, California. I earned my Novice license in September 1987 and was granted call sign KB6UKQ. I simultaneously upgraded to the Technician license and received the new call N6QYT in October. In 1988, I upgraded twice more--General, then Advanced, becoming KJ6MS, the call I have today.
I hold a commercial FCC license and in October, 2016 I retired from the telephone company after 42 years service! I play all the time now by traveling, on the radio as well as on the computer.
